HR Specialist - Ford Otosan Craiova

Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova - HR Specialist in HR Department

In this role, you will be asked to support and collaborate with one of more organizational departments on HR matters. Main roles and responsibilities are listed below:

• White collar and blue collar recruitment& selection.
• Work closely with allocated business area representatives on implementation and follow Company’s Procedures and Policies.
• Responsible for  develop and implement new policies & procedures.
• Deliver accurate and in time reports, analysis and synthesis related to HR metrics for their allocated areas& processes.

Requirements:

• Faculty graduate;
• Experience in HR domain and at least 3 years experience in recruitment;
• Desire to work in a reputable company;
• A good use of the Microsoft Office package;
• Good level of english is compulsory.
