The Country Manager’s role is to lead and develop the Romanian entity as a genuine internal operational hub for the Group, dedicated to installation services across Europe.

- Travel to the head office
- International site reviews
Key responsibilities:
1. Subsidiary management and legal representation
Ensure the overall and autonomous management of the Romanian subsidiary in compliance with the legal framework and Group standards.
- Legally represent the entity in dealings with local authorities and partners
- Oversee accounting, tax and administrative compliance with the support of external advisers
- Implement and enforce the Group’s internal procedures
2. Development and structuring of local teams
Build and develop a team of qualified technicians to support the growth of European activities.
- Colaborating with HR supplier
- Structure the organisation and define roles and responsibilities
- Ensure onboarding, training and skills development for the teams
3. Operational management and resource planning
Organise and optimise team planning according to project requirements in Europe.
- Prepare and monitor technicians’ schedules according to the projects
- Arbitrate resource allocation in coordination with the project teams based in EU countries
- Adjust capacity according to peaks and troughs in activity
4. Coordination of operations across Europe
Act as the key interface between the subsidiary and the Group’s entities in Europe.
- Collaborate with international Project Managers and Project Directors
- Gather resource requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain a high level of communication and responsiveness with stakeholders
5. HR and administrative management
Oversee all HR aspects of the subsidiary in coordination with local partners.
- Manage employment contracts and employee administration
- Ensure compliance with local employment law
- Rely on external experts for payroll, legal matters and social obligations
7. Health, safety and regulatory compliance
Ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Implement and monitor health and safety rules
- Raise awareness and train teams in safety best practice
- Ensure regulatory compliance across the various European worksites
8. Contribution to the Group’s performance and growth
Actively contribute to operational efficiency and to the development of the internal service delivery model.
- Monitor performance indicators (utilisation rate, quality, deadlines)
- Propose areas for organisational and operational improvement
- Support the scale-up of the subsidiary (growth objective)

- Fluent professional English essential
- Availability for regular travel across Europe
5. Rigour, compliance and safety
- Strong awareness of rules and compliance (employment law, compliance)
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Rigorous and structured approach
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational management or site/subsidiary management
- Management of technical teams
- Experience in a data center environment or critical electrical infrastructure (strong advantage)
- Experience in an international and multi-site context
