What you should do:
- Implement
various development, testing, automation tools and infrastructure
- Monitor
the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or
creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Encourage
and build automated processes wherever possible
- Strive for
continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous
development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Serve as
an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Perform
root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate
and resolve technical issues
- Research
new versions and other applications in the area and propose changes
- Have an
orderly nature and a keen spirit for observation and research
- Be open to
learning new technologies
Some tech skills that would be nice to have:
- Skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
- Experience in Azure, containers, Windows and Linux based infrastructure
- Exposure
on development stack based on C# / ASP.NET MVC / SQL Server
- Exposure
on kubernetes
- Very good
understanding of micro-services architecture
- Proven
experience on application lifecycle and CI/CD principles
