A leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & Customer Experience company is launching operations in Iași – and we're building our very first local team! What You'll Do:
- As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of our client, offering informative support and problem-solving assistance to customers across English-speaking markets.
- Manage inbound calls (approx. 90%) and occasional outbound follow-ups
- Offer clear, friendly, and professional support
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
- Work with CRM tools to log interactions accurately
Who We're Looking For:
- We're growing a diverse and motivated team, including:
- Entry-level candidates
- Mid-level professionals (1+ year in customer care, BPO, or similar roles)
You should have:
- English level B2–C1 (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
