A leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & Customer Experience company is launching operations in Iași – and we're building our very first local team! What You'll Do:
  •  As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of our client, offering informative support and problem-solving assistance to customers across English-speaking markets.
  •  Manage inbound calls (approx. 90%) and occasional outbound follow-ups
  •  Offer clear, friendly, and professional support
  •  Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
  •  Work with CRM tools to log interactions accurately

Who We're Looking For:
  • We're growing a diverse and motivated team, including:
  • Entry-level candidates
  • Mid-level professionals (1+ year in customer care, BPO, or similar roles)

You should have:
  •  English level B2–C1 (spoken & written)
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
