Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

Right now, we're looking for Salesforce Commerce Cloud Mid/Senior Back End Developer. Someone that just gets it, able to architect and design a solution, that our team can build and deliver successfully. You would be right in the center of making a project a success.

Location

• On-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (possibility for unlimited work from home)

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic enhanced e-commerce web applications
• Develop customer-specific web-based applications, systems integrations and custom applications following the latest industry standards and best practices
• Develop high performance eCommerce applications considering the latest digital trends: mobile first, intuitive UX\UI, global reach
• Handle web services API integrations with third party systems
• Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
• Responsible for process implementation, optimization and automation within Salesforce by building functionalities with Lightning Components, JS, Apex and Visualforce
• Needs analysis, conception, development, implementation and maintenance of the backend
• Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
• Implement new features using declarative tools (creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, flow triggers and email alerts)
• Familiarize and remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Participate in application support as needed.

Requirements:

• 5 + Years of JavaScript/Node.js/Java Development experience
• Previous experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations preferred, (2+ projects or 2+ year)
• Good knowledge of the architecture of Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications
• Experience in working with platform specific API’s: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Script API and Salesforce Commerce Cloud OCAPI
• Experience in integrating 3rd party systems using SOAP/ REST Web Services
• Strong JavaScript knowledge with focus on the back-end stack and understanding of usage in the front-end architecture
• Experience with MVC and architecture
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Very good communication skills, Fluency in English
• Experience in working in a self-organizing team, with little or no supervision, Excellent team player.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud developer certification required
• Experience with Salesforce B2B (Cloud Craze) or E-commerce experience (SAP Hybris, Magento B2B)
• Experience in Salesforce Backend (APEX)
• Experience in Salesforce (Visualforce, Lightning components) is preferable
• Able to communicate with customers on technical issues
• Ability to multitask
• Have a positive “can do” attitude.
