For one of our clients, a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
The role involves coordinating the HR function at group level, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, supporting management with strategic HR initiatives, and driving the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team and oversee all HR activities (personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, development, compensation & benefits);
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures, including liaison with authorities;
- Provide support and advice to managers on HR and employee relations matters;
- Coordinate and optimize HR processes for administration, payroll, and time management;
- Develop and implement compensation & benefits policies, monitor personnel costs, and propose optimization measures;
- Plan and deliver employee training and development programs;
- Monitor and manage HR compliance risks, proposing improvement actions;
- Represent the company in relations with partners and public authorities on HR matters;
- Promote organizational values and actively contribute to the company culture.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field;
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in HR management roles;
- Specialized training: HR inspector/referent, personnel administration & payroll, compensation & benefits, team management;
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices;
- English – advanced level;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Results-oriented, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making;
- Strong organizational skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
