Human Resources Manager

Prohuman is looking for a Human Resources Manager for its client, an important construction company.

What You Will Do:

• Deployment of the HR policy and processes;
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters;
• Personnel Administration;
• HR project management (turnover, absenteeism, training and development, etc.);
• Implementation of Corporate HR tools & policies;
• Supervises the training plan;
• Participates in the compensation & benefits policy;
• HR budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry;
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Background knowledge in compensation and benefits, job evaluation etc.
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Strong abilities with MS Office, Outlook etc.
• Emotional intelligence.
