We’re looking for an HR Manager to build teams, nurture culture, and handle people stuff without sounding like a corporate robot. You're organized, people-savvy, and can balance empathy with efficiency? Great – we’ve got just the role for you!
Your mission:
- Cultivate and protect a strong, human-focused company culture (less buzzwords, more real talk);
- Manage recruitment processes from “Hi!” to “Welcome aboard!” (we’re hiring humans, not just CVs!);
- Create and update job descriptions that actually make sense;
- Review and maintain internal regulations – yes, someone has to do it, but you can make it less scary, and drama-free;
- Coordinate employee evaluations – fairly, transparently, and with a human touch;
- Be a trusted listener, advisor, and go-to person for employee concerns;
- Bridge the gap between staff and leadership with clarity, warmth, and a dash of humor.
You might be a match if:
- You have solid HR experience;
- You know labor law and aren’t afraid to use it (responsibly!);

- You’re calm under pressure, super organized, and good at resolving conflict;
