We are the PROHUMAN GROUP
We started our journey in 1994 as one of the first companies to offer human resource services in Romania. Over the years, we have naturally evolved and expanded our services and expertise to keep up with the challenges of a changing business environment and to meet the increasingly complex requirements of our customers.
As a confirmation of our performance in the human resources field, in the summer of 2017, we became part of Prohuman group, one of the largest players in the human resources market in Balkans.
PROHUMAN GROUP includes the following companies: Prohuman APT, Prohuman APT Resources, Prohuman APT Broker, Prohuman APT Finance Broker.
Our team
Sorina graduated from the West University of Timisoara, Faculty of Finance and Accounting. In 2013 - 2014 she was the President of the ARAMT Association (Romanian Association of Temporary Staffing Agencies) in two consecutive terms. The mission of this association is to create a thriving and flexible legislative background for the operation of temporary staffing activity in Romania.
In 2017, 80% of the 4 APT Group companies were acquired by the Prohuman Group, one of the leading companies in the Balkans on human resources market. After this acquisition, Sorina retained the role of a shareholder and CEO of these companies.
He joined the APT in 2002 and has steadily developed his career by taking over the coordination of various APT business lines. Cornel graduated from the Romanian-American University, Faculty of Finance-Banking and Internal and International Relations in 2001. He is a certified expert accountant and member of the CECCAR Association since 2009.
Mirela graduated from the Galati Academy of Economic Studies in 2001 and in 2003 she graduated the Master's Degree in Control and Accounting Expertise from the same university. Mirela is a certified accountant and member of the CECCAR Association.
Throughout time, Raluca has collaborated with customers from different business domains: retail, financial-banking and IT, managing complex HR processes from implementing new clients to merging companies.
She believes that people give the real value of an organization and small details make the difference!
Her expertise has been built in an international context, along with the applicable practices, the approach and the expectations of this field. Taking into account the scale of human resource operations Simona has managed, she has developed a disciplined and flexible approach always aiming to find the solutions that constantly balance between the business’s objectives, the customers’ requirements and employees’ needs.
Simona graduated from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies in 2002, specializing in Marketing. From then she continued to develop in the fields of Recruitment, Leadership and Project Management and since 2008 she is a certified trainer.
Passionate about the labor market, Răzvan focuses to help companies and candidates meet in the labor market, offering the best professional opportunities to those looking for a job or a professional change, respectively access to the talents that will help companies to develop.
He graduated from the Bucharest Faculty of Finance-Banking and continued his studies with a Master's Degree in Financial-Banking Management in Brasov.
Bogdan is a founding member of the Brasov branch being responsible of the business development, the creation of a strong recruiting team, the implementation of operational strategies and the development of the Prohuman APT brand in the Central Region.
He is a communicative, optimistic and ethical person, attentive to all the team members which makes him a good person and great team member.
Due to the knowledge gained on the local labor market and due to the extraordinary communication skills, Lucian has built and developed stable professional relationships with both candidates and clients.
His actions and efforts are also directed at increasing the portfolio of Prohuman APT clients and strengthening their careers by deepening the human resources field.
Lucian is a graduate of Gheorghe Asachi University of Iasi, specializing in Engineering and Management.

Communication, empathy and permanent focus on solutions are his core abilities and he is using it to further enhance the Prohuman APT clients portfolio. In the same time he is also involved in the development of a team to support the strengthening of relationships with our clients in the Western area.
Being motivated by the growth of the business portfolio and at the same time by the consolidation of his own career, Catalin contributed to the opening of the branch in Ploiești, thus becoming responsible for the activity of the newly formed team. Starting from the summer of 2022, Catalin took over the role of Branch Manager and through optimism, energy, flexibility and openness to new ideas, he aims both to expand the Prohuman APT portfolio from the two locations, and to strengthen the teams of specialists in the recruitment and staff placement areas.
As a result of graduating from the Faculty of Philosophy in Bucharest, majoring in Applied Ethics in Society, Business and Organizations, Catalin has the ability to think critically and independently on real problems faced by organizations in the new labor market.
In addition to his outstanding professional skills, Rares is known for his open approach, effective communication, and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization. These qualities helped him to build strong relationships and contribute to the achievement of successful projects.

From the very beginning of his activity at Prohuman, he has been actively involved in the territorial expansion of the company, being part of the team that opened the Craiova branch in 2021 and the Pitești branch in 2022.
Starting at the end of 2023, Vasi took on the role of Branch Manager for the Craiova branch and the challenge of developing Prohuman APT in the Oltenia region. Communication, a desire for personal growth, involvement, and efficiency are the skills with which he develops his client portfolio and manages his team.
Vasi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Mass Media and Public Relations, both from the West University of Timișoara. This background equips him with the ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally, providing him with a clear perspective on the constant changes in the labor market.
