We started our journey in 1994 as one of the first companies to offer human resource services in Romania. Over the years, we have naturally evolved and expanded our services and expertise to keep up with the challenges of a changing business environment and to meet the increasingly complex requirements of our customers.
As a confirmation of our performance in the human resources field, in the summer of 2017, we became part of Prohuman group, one of the largest players in the human resources market in Balkans.

Our team
Sorina has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance and Consulting, and has been CEO of Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services). She joined Prohuman APT team in 1998 as Chief Accountant. She started with the coordinating role of the financial department and over the years she has managed and developed a powerful HR business line in the companyT.
Cornel has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Finance. He is Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services) Operations Manager since March 2017 and he has previously been CFO since 2012. Cornel has coordinated temporary staffing and payroll business lines in the company.
Mirela has more than 15 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting and more than 9 years in financial management and consulting, occupying CFO position in Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services) since September 2017. Prior to this role, she has held the position of Financial Manager since 2012. She joined the Prohuman APT team in 2005 and she constantly developed her career. Step by step she gained a thorough understanding of the human resources market.
With over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, Raluca joined the APT Group in 2014, starting with Payroll Specialist. Her involvement and accumulation of knowledge have contributed to her professional development. From year 2017 she has been the Temps Staffing BU Manager.
Cristina started her career in the Finance domain more than 10 years ago in an accounting consulting company. After 3 years, in 2012 she joined the Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services) team as an accountant and from that point she developed her career step by step in this field.
Simona has been the Head of Outsourcing since 2009 and has more than 14 years of experience in all areas connected with human resources: recruitment, communication and diversity, induction and training, development of programs, management of performance, documenting and reporting of human resource procedures and design of processes.
Razvan has over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, including 8 years in the HR outsourcing industry. Starting with January 2021, he joined our company as Head of Sales and TA, managing our Sales and Recruitment teams.
Bogdan joined Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services) in 2015 and became the Regional Manager. He has 11 years’ experience in sales for corporate and large corporate clients
He graduated from the Bucharest Faculty of Finance-Banking and continued his studies with a Master's Degree in Financial-Banking Management in Brasov.

He joined the Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Service) team in mid-2018, when he contributed to the regional development of the headquarters in Iasi. With about 3 years experience in human resources, he has successfully managed recruitment and placement projects in large volumes in various fields of activity such as automotive, industrial and so on.
Iancu joined Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services) team in July 2019. He has been recommended by his experience in Human Resources industry having more than 15 years. During his career he coordinated locally and regionally both sales activity and operational activity of human resources.
Catalin joined Prohuman APT (former APT Resources & Services) in mid-2021 as a Leader of the team specialised in the blue collars recruitment in Bucharest. Having over 6 years of experience in the Human Resources area, he successfully managed and coordinated recruitment and staff placement projects in various fields of activity, things that ensured a good professional collaboration with both clients and employees.
Rares joined to the Prohuman APT team since the beginning of 2023. He is a dedicated and passionate professional with over 19 years of experience in the fields of human resources and finance. During his career, Rares played a key role in the development of recruitment, administration, training, and staff development strategies within the companies he collaborated with in the Northern part of the country.
